Get an alarm clock - the obnoxious wind-up alarm clock with bells is the trick! Set it up across the room to boot. 5. Go to bed at a reasonable hour - getting up at 5am is not natural for Alpha but he's conditioned his body by sticking to a bedtime. 6. Get up at the same time everyday too.
